You Can Make A Difference

Partner with the Kelleys Island 4-H Camp to help advance our youth programs. You can help us to develop youth into caring, competent and contributing citizens though camping experiences that provide a variety of healthful, educational and adventurous activities.

The Kelleys Island 4-H Camp is an outstanding location for youth to learn skills that will last a lifetime. Our unique and historical setting on Lake Erie provides a tremendous environment to build self confidence, communication, decision making, leadership skills, and cooperation with others. These life skills are taught while participating in our multi-station group challenge course, snorkeling with a group in the quarry, steering a canoe in Lake Erie, or participating in a daily craft building activity.

We are asking you to consider an opportunity to partner with us, in our youth education activities and building the future leaders of tomorrow. Together we can ensure the future of the Kelleys Island 4-H Camp and enable us to reach more youth with values and skills that will make a difference for a lifetime.

Help us lead the way with your participation.

Gifts may be made in several ways:

  • Grants: Does your company allow you to apply for a cash grant or receive a donation for material or supplies? You may be able to apply for a grant for the Camp through your company, foundation or non-profit where you volunteer. We encourage you to investigate what be may possible. Please contact our Executive Director for more information.
  • Gifts: A cash gift, or a cash gift designated for a specific project, can be of immediate benefit to the Camp. As we are a 501 (3) c non-profit, your cash gift can be a tax deduction (subject to IRS and State taxation rules). Cash gifts can also be put toward many current projects, be it the dining hall renovation, new swim lines and buoys, construction of handicapped accessible cabins or perhaps to put a new roof on a cabin, the dining hall or the staff house. Have you been at Camp recently and believe we need an important infrastructure improvement? Are you a Camp Alumni, and wish to sponsor a project? If so, talk to our Executive Director about helping to fund that initiative.
